Coffee beans is not something that can be exchanged. We check every bag of beans thoroughly PRIOR to shipment and roasting dates is indicated very clearly.
In the case of coffee equipment we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Packaging are inspected in store PRIOR to shipping and refunds are RARELY granted. Should you however feel that you qualify for a exchange, send us an email at info@bottomlessblessings.co.za with clear photos indicating any damage.
Our policy lasts 3 days from date of Package Received. If 3 days have gone by since your receipt (Delivery Date) , unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
When you order anything online we assume that you ascertain yourself with this policy.
